These Terms of Carriage govern your booking and travel with Skyward Express. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these terms.

Fares are quoted in Kenyan Shillings unless otherwise stated. Fare rules, including change and cancellation policies, are shown at the time of booking.

Passengers must present valid photo identification at check-in. International travellers must hold valid passports and any required visas.

Baggage allowances are shown at booking and vary by cabin. Excess baggage may be purchased subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse carriage in accordance with applicable safety, security and regulatory requirements.
